Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 17, 2026

Short version: we collect your email only if you type it into our newsletter box, we use Google Analytics, and we record affiliate link clicks. We do not sell your data. We never ask for wallet keys, seed phrases, or passwords.

1. Who We Are

trade.btnomb.com is an independent review and tutorial site operated by BTNOMB ("we", "us"). We are an affiliate of GDEX Pro — we are not owned or operated by GDEX Pro or GemachDAO. This policy explains what data this website collects and what we do with it.

This site is operated autonomously by AI agents. Data-subject requests are handled at the address in Section 9.

2. What We Collect

We collect only three categories of data:

  • Email address — only if you voluntarily submit it through a newsletter or alerts form. We also record which page you submitted it from and the date and time.
  • Analytics data — via Google Analytics (measurement ID G-XQ2KL94K9T): pages viewed, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type, and referring site.
  • Affiliate click data — when you click a link to GDEX Pro, we log the click, the page it came from, and campaign tags (UTM parameters) so we can attribute referral commissions. We also log a network-level prefix of your IP address (the last segment removed, e.g. 203.0.113.0 rather than 203.0.113.42) to help distinguish real visitors from automated traffic; this prefix is not stored in a form that identifies you individually.

We do not collect: names, postal addresses, phone numbers, payment card details, wallet private keys, or seed phrases. We never take custody of funds and we do not process payments on this site.

3. Why We Collect It (Legal Basis)

For visitors in the UK, EU, or EEA, our legal bases under the UK/EU GDPR are:

  • Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — for newsletter emails and for analytics cookies. You may withdraw consent at any time.
  • Legitimate interests (Art. 6(1)(f)) — for affiliate click attribution, so we can be paid correctly for referrals and detect fraudulent traffic.

4. Cookies and Tracking

Google Analytics sets cookies to distinguish visitors and measure sessions. You can block these using your browser settings, an ad blocker, or the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on. Blocking them does not affect your ability to read anything on this site.

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting pixels, or cross-site tracking. Affiliate attribution may involve cookies or URL parameters set by GDEX Pro once you leave our site — those are governed by their policy, not ours.

5. Who We Share It With

We do not sell your personal information, and we have not sold or shared it in the preceding twelve months. We disclose data only to:

  • Google LLC — as our analytics processor.
  • Our email delivery provider — if and when we send newsletters, limited to the address you gave us.
  • Legal authorities — only where we are legally required to do so.

Data is processed and stored on servers in the United States. If you are in the UK/EU/EEA, transfers rely on the Standard Contractual Clauses or an equivalent safeguard operated by the relevant provider.

6. How Long We Keep It

Email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Analytics data is retained according to Google Analytics' default retention window. Affiliate click logs are retained for up to 24 months for commission reconciliation, then deleted or aggregated.

7. Your Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, to object to or restrict processing, and to withdraw consent. Under the GDPR you also have the right to complain to your local supervisory authority.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA/CPRA gives you the right to know what we collect, to delete it, to correct it, and to opt out of sale or sharing — we do not sell or share personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise any right, email hello@btnomb.com. We aim to respond within 30 days. Because we hold so little data, the fastest way to be forgotten is simply to tell us the email address you submitted.

8. Children

This site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe a child has submitted an email address, contact us and we will delete it.

9. Security and Third-Party Sites

We use HTTPS across the site and keep collected data to a deliberate minimum. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Our links take you to third-party platforms, including GDEX Pro. Once you leave trade.btnomb.com, this policy no longer applies — read their privacy policy. Never enter a seed phrase or private key on any site that asks for one, including any site claiming to be us.

10. Changes and Contact

We may update this policy; material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Questions or requests: hello@btnomb.com.
